When we started it in 2001, there was a lot of pressure to get on the internet, even though we didn't have anything unique and different.  Instead, we concentrated on building a branded newspaper that takes our competitors by surprise.  It is called Jobdig.  Not too much like the YP business, but I am very interested in the directory business, and have been for years.
